The 2026 call is closed. On 4 August 2026 the Govern announced that the €500,000 budget had been fully committed and that the call was closing, having reached its budget limit. Applications are no longer accepted.
The last three calls opened between March and April, so the next one can be expected in spring 2027. In 2025 the Govern topped up the budget by €200,000 mid-year when it ran out, so an earlier extension cannot be ruled out either. The exact date is published in the BOPA a few weeks in advance, so it pays to have your project thought through beforehand: write to us and we will prepare it calmly.

These are the figures the Govern published when closing the programme. They give a realistic idea of who the grant reaches and how quickly it pays to apply.
In practice the PDE is a programme for small companies: almost seven out of every ten approved applications came from micro-enterprises.
Next come digital management (ERP and CRM), training, process digitalization and cloud services. A total of 176 applications were approved, generating 368 digital solutions: between two and three actions per company, not just one. The telling part is that the most requested category was artificial intelligence, ahead of web and SEO — Andorran companies are not only after a digital presence.
